Your hosts, Sahra and Alix, will take you through an overview of different types of journalling to achieve different outcomes, and will teach you to incorporate Mindfulness practice into your journalling to enhance your focus and make the experience more meaningful for you.

Join us for an hour-and-a-half workshop in mid-September at the Mindscape practice in Leichhardt.
